If f(x) = -2x + 3 and g(x) = 4x - 3, which is greater, f(5) or g(-2)?
plug in 5 into f(x) for x and plug in -2 into g(x) for x f(x) = -2x + 3 g(x) = 4x - 3 f(5) = -2(5) + 3 g(-2) = 4(-2) - 3 f(5) = -10 + 3 g(-2) = -8 - 3 f(5) = -7 g(-2) = -11 can you tell me which one is greater ?
