If he buys them for 80, and gets 4 of them, its selling price must be 20... They offer it at $5 discount, hence we must add the 5 to the selling price to get the original price. 
So its $25  for a single game CD :)

Well the base salary would naturally be 30k, hence naturally this becomes a bonus of 30k
If youre saying he earns everything after the sales, which seems unlikely, then he sold 30k over 100k :/
so total sales 130 k
