what are somegood small sized ide for c/c++ apart from turbo c++

OpenStudy (rbx):

Beginners use Dev C++ but I don't like it as indentation works oddly in it. Visual Studio supports both C and C++. Eclipse and Netbeans both come with versions that support C/C++. I generally use Visual Studio or simply Notepad++/GCC.

Use Codeblocks!! It has a good compiler and even a great debugger.
