In some cases, they do ban people who are using profanity. Usually they just get a "warning" though.

We're are giving you REAL answers! Mods, do suspended the users if they use profanity too much. Most of the times they give them warnings, and if they continue to curse, they get a suspension.

There are only so many mods though, and a ton of people who don't use the rules...so you can understand why there is profanity being used all of the time.

Not all mods are on at the same time, The most i've seen online at the same time are about 10. They are usually busy, since they get so many reports a day.

We usually give a warning. If they don't listen, then a suspension comes.
If we don't know about the profanity, then we not be able to do anything. You guys can help us by reporting. Thanks kindly.
