Hi, I have this random question..... Why do scores stop at 99 and not 100?

SmartScores don't necessarily stop at 99 it is just that there is only one place for a score of 100 which is taken by satellite73 http://openstudy.com/users/satellite73 There is a rumor that they are revising the scoring system though, so stay tuned :)
