Very few fossils of jellyfish or their close relatives have been found. This makes it hard to trace the history of jellyfish. What explains this. a. jellyfish are buried in areas where scientist dont hunt. b. jelly fish have soft bodies that decay before fossilization. c. jellyfish fossils are likely more fragile than any other types of fossils. so they degrade before examination.
