HeLP I don't understand what the question means How do today's boom-and-bust cycles differ from those in years past? A. Although the world is more global, they are still more geographically confined. B. Because of federal regulations, they are less severe. C. Global interconnectedness means that booms and busts can happen on a worldwide level. D. They are no longer driven by oil supply but by futures market trading on the stock market.
