In which of the following places is it more difficult to determine if there is pollution? A. aquifer B. stream C. air D. pond I think B. @ganeshie8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@ganeshie8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i mean A.

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

not sure its either A or B

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its not B.

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

@beccaboo333

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

then its A

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

its definitely not C or D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@ganeshie8 can you help with the last 2??

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

measuring pollution in air or a still pond is very easy

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

il try

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

ill ask u 1 thing....if i give u a bottle of polluted water and a bottle filled wid polluted air....for which bottle u can surely say that it is polluted just by looking?

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

water ?

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

you will need a machine for air id guess, inhaling is not a good idea ;)

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

exactly...so it is difficult to detect pollution in air than in any water...so u got d ans..:)

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

uhmm we have machines for determining pollution levels in both still water and air

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

looking at the water may not tell u exactly what the "level" of pollution u will need to use machines for determining levels in both cases

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

just my idea.. .

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

see before going to any machines people tend to go for easier methods....if we look at machines and biochemical analysis then detectin pollution is not difficult let it be water or air...so its not actually about machines

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

go wid C @keke_luvs_u

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

but i appreciate ur idea...and it is definitely not wrong..:)
