This has 3x A's,1x D, 1x E, 1x H, 1x I, 2x N's, 1x O, 1x R, 2x S's, 1x T, 1x U, and 1x Y. All of these DO come in the phrase, so the answer is the letters that do NOT come in the phrase. (I can work that out, too. Anyway!)
