Well, do you believe the thing you're supposed to prove is true? If so, why? Convincing yourself that it is true is often a good way to figure out the general plan of a proof.

Well, what you do, in basic terms, is first, solve this equation you have to solve, or prove. Then just write out what you did in paragraphs format. Did you learn any theorems @harrypotter2 ?

I learned them but I didn't memorize a lot of them. I'm looking at the problem right now and I don't even know how you'd solve it? It looks like it's just parallel lines. @mykayela14
