Um, I might sound stupid for asking this... but I'm new, so I guess it doesn't matter. Anyway, what exactly do the colors for the smart score stand for? And why is there a smart score? I get it is to show how dependable you are, but is there another reason?
The colors of the SmartScore are basically levels for SmartScores so 0-19 is red/orange 20-49 is orange 50-74 is yellow 75-89 is "poop green" and 90-100 is green as for why... http://blog.openstudy.com/2012/04/09/to-boldly-go-where-no-grades-have-gone-before/ SmartScores also reflect the "soft skills" many employers look for in employees. "Can you work in a Team? Are you a good Problem Solver? Are you the kind of employee who is Engaged with their job?" source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aGImopr5vw4 Hopefully this had answered your questions? Enjoy your stay! :)
Yes, but with the colors thing, I understand the number thing, but not why there's the color coded scores
I'm not entirely sure about that, but I think it might have to do with first impressions? like while looking through a mass amount of questions everyday, one could easily tell who is a new comer and who has been around for a while, just by looking at the user's name color.
Alrighty then, one more question, why isn't there a subject about zoology/animals? Is there a way to open a new subject? Also, I noticed there's a subject for Spanish but not French. I know, this may sound demanding and such, but I'm currently studying in these subjects and would like to know which subject I would click to get help.
ah, many have asked that, OpenStudy is still a work in progress, so any suggestions or improvements you would like to make can be suggested in Thomaster's suggestion box http://openstudy.com/study#/updates/52e0836ee4b0942cc9de3920 and this might help for languages other than Spanish? I'm not entirely sure, sorry. http://openstudy.com/study#/groups/Language%20and%20Culture

Nice spreadsheet, Thomaster.
As for the "Also, I noticed there's a subject for Spanish but not French. I know, this may sound demanding and such, but I'm currently studying in these subjects and would like to know which subject I would click to get help." Language And Cultures is used for all the languages their are and the cultures of the world. I think the only ones who have their own individual subject are Spanish and Chinese - I think because they are MIT, and I think MIT and OpenStudy like cooperated or whatever, I don't know. cx
And great job @jigglypuff314 . ;o
Thank you for all the help. :3
A pleasure working with you. ;]
