I am trying to find area in this figure, now, usually, we use the rule L x W. Does the same rule apply with this figure? Or do I do something else?

that will get the rectangular portion, do not overlook the semi-circle (half circle) whose radius is 4 cm (1/2 of the diameter 8 cm)
