cos (theta) = adjacent / hypotenuse
therefore, cos ( x ) = adjacent which is (12) / hypotenuse which is (13)
\(x = \cos ^{-1} (\cfrac{12}{13}) \)

The value of \(\cos^{-1} (\cfrac{12}{13})\) comes out to be 22.619 which can be rounded off to 22.62
