METAL FOR WHO EVER HELPS ME The rain forest canopy has trees of varying heights growing to reach the sunlight. What kind of interaction does this demonstrate? A. symbiosis B. competition C. commensalism D. mutualism
Each individual tree is out to get as much sunlight as it can for itself...
ok but i dont know that that means
this is my last question for right now because im going to be getting off in a little bit so all i need it this one from you
Ok. They all want sunlight for themselves. They don't care whether the tree next to them gets sunlight. The trees as individuals don't derive any benefit from the tree beside them getting sunlight. Just looking at the option words without knowing their technical definitions, which one is most like this situation...?
well competition i think could be close because they are having a compition for who ever gets the sunlight
I agree. Competition is the right answer.
Sometimes bio is really as simple as it looks.
