You have been asked to develop a new distributed accounting package to run on the company's networking system. The company accounting department has chosen the accounting package to be used. Your research has disclosed that the server machines on the network are simply not up to the task of satisfying the resources needed by the accounting package. Sales, production and marketing also use the same networking system.

To develop the project scope and functional objectives what will need to be examined and documented?
