Hey I haven’t wrote to you in a while ,but I just wanted to tell you about the food in Spain compared to the U.S. Here this morning around 10:30 I am having desayuno it is a light meal that consists of coffee, sweet rolls and toast or cheese. The next meal of the day would be between 1pm-3pm we have some bread and a salad with some fruit. It is much different compared to back home where our breakfast is at 6:00am to 8:00am and usually consists more eggs and bacon.

Our lunch in the U.S. are usually sandwiches and side snacks like chips or a hamburger with fries. The dinner in Spain is usually tortilla, eggs, fish, or chicken. And is around 9:00pm through 10:00pm called la cena. In America we eat dinner around 6:00pm not 9:00pm that’s crazy. What’s really wild is they have a meal between lunch and dinner called 5:00pm- 7:00pm that is a sandwich and or a cake.
I can’t wait to see you back home man only one more week, and then I’m home again.
