i will try to give a full explanation so you remember... 193.9 million or 193,900,000 so take the farthest left non-zero number and move one right and place a decimal there 1.93900000. then count all the digits behind it until you reach where the decimal would be so you have 8 digits until you reach the decimal so it would be 1.939 x10^8
