the water is too acidic I don't what to do. Should I use HCl or Ca(OH)2 to make the water safe?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

HCl is a acis but caoh oh being a base. not sure if that helps

OpenStudy (ipwnbunnies):

Yeah, please don't acid to the water if it's already acidic. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

HCL obviously

OpenStudy (chmvijay):

the acidity of the solution can be decreased by adding a base to it:)

OpenStudy (gebooors):

Ca(OH)2 neutralizes acid, use it
