No worries, I believe the problem with the english language is, they over complicate it with all the definitions that are so closely alike, which leads to much confusion.

Multiple choice is the worse type of questions for english, because it doesn't help in anyway or form, I once read an article on how terrible multiple choice is for english, because it confuses the student more rather than help them learn, there's no room for error, it's not like biology or other subjects where you have one legit answer for a certain question.
