Kayla filled a bucket with 4 gallons of water to use to wash her car. After washing her car, the bucket contained 3 quarts 1 pint of water. How much water did Kayla use from the bucket to wash her car?

OpenStudy (twopointinfinity):

Its not specified whether or not she used the water to wash her car, how much water is missing from the bucket is different. But I don't know how much water she washed her car with.. what if she spilt some? Maybe a sponge soaked up a lot.. you never know..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lets break it down 1 gallon is 4 Quarts 8 pints and 16 cups. Hope you can use this to help!
