what is the density of piece of metal that weihs 10g and displaces a volume water of 2ml of waters? will the piece of metal sink or float in water?

OpenStudy (gebooors):

Density = mass / volume. Because volume of displaced water is 2 ml, it is also volume of the Metal piece. So, density is 5 g/ ml. It is five times denser than water And it sinks to water.
