OpenStudy (mathmale):

KKLU: what have you done so far? Share your thoughts on the problem solution here, please. Again, please, please, do not guess at answers.

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

I am sorry, but geometry is not my thing. I am not too good at it. Sorry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok well thanks

OpenStudy (mathmale):

KKLU: Again, you may not simply ask for answers on OpenStudy. We have gone over that again and again. Please read the question carefully and begin thinking about what you have to do to arrive at an answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thanks for your help

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Sorry you're apparently not interested in learning to solve this problem yourself. For whatever it's worth: You need to find the volume of the sand that Jamilla must order. Volume of a rectangle = V = (length) (width) (height). What are the length, width and the height in this question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you please tell me the formula then i think i can do it

OpenStudy (mathmale):

why not look up "volume of a rectangular solid"? (Sorry, I was wrong previously: it's not "volume of a rectangle"), KKLU: I gave you the formula for the volume of a rectangular solid in my last posting. Are you reading what I type?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok ill look it up -_-

OpenStudy (mathmale):

volume of a rectangular solid = length * width * height. What are the dimensions of the sandbox? How deep does this girl want the sand to be?

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Good. Thanks. volume of a rectangular solid = length * width * height. What are the dimensions of the sandbox? How deep does this girl want the sand to be?
