if 1 metre =3.28 fee5, and 1 mile= 5,280 feet i)the number of feet in 800m here we are conveting metres to feet , which is going left to right , so we multiply by 3.13 the question is , how do we get 3.13??? it says in my text book that from left to right , we multiply by 1.1 please help.
