In my solution I decided I wanted to eliminate b. In order to do this, I multiplied all of the second equation by 2.5 so that 18b can become 45b. Then, I can subtract that equation from the first one. This will eliminate b, leaving me with a. Finally I solved for a. This question can be solved in other ways. I could have changed the second equation so that a was eliminated instead of b. I also could have started by changing the first equation rather than the second one.

Thank You So Much! Ive Been Trying To Figure That Out Since Last Night.

Wouldnt 2.5 Be Negative Though So B Will Cancel Out?
