Do you need to know the structure as well, or just the elements on the periodic table?

The song is definitely useful for the names of all of them, I think there are a few extra to remember after that.
For the structure, definitely get an idea of the shape.  Know how many go across and down each row and column.  And get into the habit of spotting patterns, especially ones like all the S_ elements around Arsenic.
