I'd suggest you begin by eliminating what you think are the worst of the four possible answers.  For example, in "I saw a woman wearing a green sweater," the noun, "woman," would be the DIRECT OBJECT.  That choice (D) is incorrect in your particular case.   Which other answer(s) would you next eliminate?

I've long since forgotten what "predicate nominative" means, so would suggest you look that up and then determine whether this applies to your particular phrase.  

No, I don't think anything should be underlined here.

In your shoes, I'd choose the better of A or B (of course, after having looked up "predicate nominative."
