I see that you have a triangle (within the parallelogram) with known sides:  x=12, y=14 and h=11.  This information is enough to enable you to determine the angle between sides x and y.  With that info, you could find the "height" (vertical height) of the parallelogram.  Then, the area of the parallelogram would be A = (height)*(length of base).  Good luck!
