Alright this is a diffy-q for sure. This is rather simple though not that many variations. Uses u-substitution to find the initial state of a qubit before it is observed in the plus/minus basis and use Grover's algorithm to search through a lattice of N indexes.

We need to figure out what the difference between -26.34 and 42.18 is. We know that to balance the account we need to be at 0. So, we'll add 26.34 to the original debt. We are now at 0. So, you need to figure out \[26.34+42.18=?\]
