Sorry!! I usually put my work with it but I was in a hurry. Well, I put it in my calculator and got 243. But if you want it step by step, this is how I did it: \[\frac{ 1 }{ 3^{-5}}\] I simplified the bottom: 3^-5 = 0.0041152 which gave me the new problem \[\frac{ 1 }{ 0.0041152 }\] then I divided the top by the bottom: \[1\div 0.0041152=243\] Hope this helps!!
