I would do both A and C. Pre-reading never hurt. You should also make a reading chart, or diary, to keep track of your thoughts.

i would do D because if you review the intro. and the conclusion it can give you like a little understanding on how the book will be and ask yourself questions because it can give you something to look forward in the book
