Bell curve question??? If a professor gives an exam originally out of 90 points...then grades on the bell curve and 70 points is now = to 4.0; and I got a 60..how do I calculate my grade? Is it 60/70?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

70 = 4.0 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You mean 70 is an A grade?

OpenStudy (bmorse):

yeah using the bell curve he switched it so instead of 90 being an A, 70 does instead

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then I suppose your grade is just 60/70

OpenStudy (bmorse):

That's what I thought but my grade isn't reflecting that... I just thought maybe there was another trick to it.
