Average rate of change of function g(x) over the interval [a, b] is
{ g(b) - g(a) }  /  ( b - a )

Can you take it from here?

Do you have a and b?
If so, what is a?  what is b?
Given a and b,
write the value of the function at a.
Then do the same thing for b.
