i need help with these:

-Establish row and column headings such that one must change only the first element of the row or column to change the range of calculation.
-Format the output to floating point and two decimal places.

I know for a column, You add a $ in between the cell letter and number. e.g $B$1 to "fix" the cell B1. so any references to B1 in other columns will always stay as whats in B1. If you look at the pic, in the formula box, you will see what I mean.
