HELP US LAST QUESTION!!!! What transformation has changed the parent function f(x) = log3^x to its new appearance shown in the graph below?

When I graph these, they all look straight to me...I can't seem to get that curve we see in the graph. I'll keep trying :)

My guess would be C \[f(x+2)+2\] because that graph appears to pass through the point (-1, 3). None of the other graphs show this.
