well I know how to do it in a calculator but I don't think that is what you need. Tell me if you need to know how to graph it or just how tp put it in a calculator.

y = A + (bx+c) + K where A = amplitude, period = 2pi/B phase shift = -C/B etc

y = A (sin or cos or tan or csc or sec or cot) (bx+c) + K
