Find a 4x4 matrix whose range is spanned by (1,0,1,0) and (0,1,0,1)

first those two vectors can be the first two rows of the matrix. the other two rows can be any two vectors which linear combinations of these. for instance
\[\large \begin{pmatrix}
1 & 0 & 1 & 0\\ 0 & 1 & 0 & 1\\
1 & 1 & 1 & 1\\ 2 & 1 & 2 & 1
\end{pmatrix} \]
