Find the ratio in simplest form. https://media.glynlyon.com/g_geo_2013/5/te4.gif my answer was 1, but the correct answer was 4/9. can someone explain this please?

\(\frac{\frac{2}{3}}{\frac{3}{2}}=\frac{2}{3}*\frac{2}{3}=\frac{2*2}{3*3}=\frac{4}{9}\)

To divide fractions, we "flip" the bottom fraction and multiply.
