Describe, in detail, nuclear fission and nuclear fusion. Include what happens in each reaction, the types of atoms involved, the types of products produced, and the practical uses and limitations of each type of reaction.

What types of atoms are involved though?
in fission reactions, those elements are involved which have atomic no greater than 82, because all elements which have atomic no greater than 82 are unstable, and wants to break themselves into smaller nuclei so, that they become stable. In fusion reaction two smaller nuclei atoms can be joined together to form bigger atom like four Hydrogen nuclei combine to form Helium nuclei (i.e He atom).
