This is an isosceles triangle since two sides are congruent.
The triangle sum property states hat the sum of the measures of the angles of any triangle adds up to 108 degrees.
Here we know that one side is equal to 38 degrees.
So 180 - 38 = 142 degrees.
This leaves you with 142 degrees on the two angles in your triangle.
Since you only have two sides left, divide that sum by two.

142 / 2 = 71

So the angles are 38 degrees, 71 degrees, and 71 degrees.

To check this, 38 + 71 + 71 = 180.
