can someone plzz tell me, what technology was used in the Bataan Death March, ill medal and fan

Its not exactly an event defined by its use of technology. They used automobiles, I guess. There were guns. It was prisoners of war being marched forcibly by their enemies. They were treated horribly and huge numbers died. It was a disgusting violation of human rights and decency. Technology doesn't factor into it at all.
