I don't think its present progressive because it doesn't have -ing It maybe could be present emphatic. Present I'm not sure. I dont' think it's present perfect because it would say have ...... Please correct me if I'm wrong.
It is present. not present progressive because it does not have -ing. not present perfect -- present perfect is (have/has) + past participle. not emphatic because that has to have the verb do or does.
