When mixing medicine (powder and liquid) , why is it best to stir clockwise in one direction? Not beat it in few times anti and clockwise then zigzag motion?

it has something to do with either air getting into the solution, or crystals being formed. I can't remember specifically which. Fluids in North America "swirl" naturally in a clockwise motion. That might be why clockwise, or they may have just chosen it to pick something that everyone would be universal. If Brazil chemists stir the other way then our position from the equater has something to do with it. If Brazil does it the same then it's just agreed upon standard direction so someone doesn't come behind and mix it around.
