Industrial Revolution: Progress or Poverty for workers? any opinions? please include your sources. need to create a thesis.

OpenStudy (esshotwired):

Umm... I am in AP Human Geography right now studying Industrialization. In my opinion, I think that it is both progress and poverty. 1. There is less labor needed from workers because of technology that can do it itself. 2. New factories created make more job openings available. 3. Safer working conditions for those who do work for industry things. 4. The pay may be less because there is not as much labor put it as before the Industrial Revolution. Hope this helps :3 btw source: me
