First you can replace bulbs with resistors since you're intersted in voltages and currents of those bulbs : |dw:1396117954027:dw| when the switch is open you have simple situation of resistor A connected in series with two resistors B and C connected in parallel. I think you can solve it for all the v's and i's across these lumped elements?
