is it -8^2 or -x^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or - 8 x^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is C. You wrote the problem wrong it should be -8x^2 and -8^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The problem should state expand \[ -3x(-8x^2 + 5x + 3) \]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[ -3 x \left(-8 x^2+5 x+3\right)=24 x^3-15 x^2-9 x \]
