Any tips on how to pluck faster on bass?

I like to play alot of metal but some of it is really fast and i suck at picking, so any tips?

You can try not using a pick, I don't use one lol

Or just work on your picking skills, as far as that goes I haven't looked into it, since I don't use them

Hahaha I actually strum it like a guitar when we do fast songs in my band. I'm just weird like that I guess. But repetition is a good way to do the fast songs... If you prefer to stick to plucking, try going over the song slowly and increase your speed as you go along. I do that a lot too
