I am not understanding the question peak finder. Should we return only one peak or should we return maximum peak in whole array ?

Example of peaking finding is , 257352. In this peaks are 7 and 5, my question is should we any peak i.e 7 or 5 ? or should I return only maximum peak ? please need help
