I evaluate a limit and gave me: -∞/0=?

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

what is the actual limit ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lnx/x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

as x approaches 0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

when i have a constant/0 the lim is inf but now...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

inf is not defined so...

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

wolfram says it diverges, right ? http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=limit++ln%28x%29%2Fx+as+x+approaches+0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i know what wolfram said

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but i need a human explanation

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

and look at one sided limits... in the same link ln(x) is not defined for x < 0 so the question might be asking us to find x -> 0+ ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got it thanks
