Can someone please help? I have been stuck on this NMR problem for hours!

A compound with a M + peak of 191 has a HNMR with peajs at 1.3 (t,6), 2.3(s,3),4.0(q,4),7.45(d,2), 7.9(d,2). It has a CNMR with peaks at 13, 21,43,127,128,132,140,169. The IR peaks at 3100,2900-3000, 1710, and 1640 cm-1

I figured out that there is a benzene ring but not the rest that are coming out of the ring. Please help me

Yea I always get the basic structure but not the rest of the structure
