Hi, I'm a newbie. Anyway of doing the problems without using the Java mathlet?

The Java mathlets aren't essential to the course and, to be honest, you aren't missing much if you bypass them. I'd say do them if you can but don't worry about it if you can't.

Cool, I finally got it working.

I cant get my mathlet working: security settings blocked it. I'm not certain if I can address this in the browser or Norton. Any suggestions? Many thanks :)

You need to go into Java configure and add the address for the app to be exempted.
